"Oh God, she's pregnant," he finally repeats, his voice totally devoid of any emotion. But then it sinks in, really sinks in, and— "Oh God, my parents are going to kill me. Uncle Barry's going to kill me. God, even Robin's going to kill me." He gulps again. "But you're going to kill me first, aren't you." And it's not even a question because he knows. His life will be nothing but loud voices, glares, disappointed faces, and general unpleasantness for the next few days. (Or forever, once his dad finds out.)
