[Barry skids across the pavement and stops short of knocking over a bunch of garbage cans, catching his breath for a moment. Going through a breach is always intense, but that one felt different. From the looks of things, he isn't exactly when or where he wanted to be, either. It's always a risk, but it's especially frustrating considering the circumstances.

It doesn't look like the future, or at least far enough into when Cisco had vibed. Maybe he didn't go far enough ahead. Looks like he's near CCPD, at least, so maybe he can get Joe's help. He can't exactly just walk in wearing his Flash suit, though. So he waits, contemplating maybe going to Joe's house before hearing a devastatingly familiar voice.
